Drakhnids are a fun closed species project I'm working on. My main focus is on the community and worldbuilding (more like an ARPG), more than just making money. Just join our Discord and partake in the many activities we have.

What are Drakhnids?
Drakhnids are a very intellect species and have their own culture, language and beliefs. They even commonly have their own hoard of odd items they enjoy.Drakhnids are omnivores, they grow and raise their own food supply. No need for hunting.For reproduction they lay a clutch of 6-10 though on average only 3-4 survive to hatch. Only lay 1 clutch in their lifetime, and mate for life. Drakhnids pups are born fully ready to move around and explore, able to waddle around and follow their parents whenever they need to move to another cave.All Drakhnids have 2 web glands (1 in each cheek). So they can produce a strong webbing substance. Some Drakhnids who have mastered an elemental magic can even infuse their webbing with that magic.Drakhnids have a foundation of gods, goddesses and deities that most do worship in some way, even if not to a dedicated degree. But all have their own believes and practices they do as these deities helped shape the world they live in their day to day lives.

You are of course by all means can make a spider/dragon OC.We only ask you don't create a spider/dragon OC with both the mask/nub feature and little paws together, and of course not claim it as a Drakhnid if you never partake in any of our Discord events to earn an MYO, adopt or freebie.That is all. We won't get angry at OCs inspired by the species either.✧GENERAL TOS✧By joining our Discord and/or TH world you accept the following:You may not make any unofficial Drakhnids without an MYO and claim they are a Drakhnid. Though you may make your own dragon/spider hybrid creature as we do not own those physical traits, you just may not claim it is a Drakhnid.Avoid sharing any art of unapproved Draks anywhere outside of the design approval and review channels.You accept you are responsible for checking any Drakhnids for their ML before trading/purchasing.Drakhnids have a cooldown of 24 hours after being added to the ML or when last updated on the ML. Though if you received the Drak for free (or cheap) from someone else and the Drak has a higher BV stated on their ML, you may sell them for that BV.The species currency Drakhma does not have any monetary value to any real world currency and may only be used within the species.You may not remove a Drakhnid from the species without going through the voiding/unvoiding process the listing channel.Backing out of any auctions or sales hosted by any staff last minute will result in a warning.You may not draw NSFW or suggestive art of any Drak. This will result in a warning, though if we find out you are a minor you will be banned and blacklisted and reported to TH admins if your art is on TH.Any users blacklisted by Beehemoss is blacklisted from the species. You may not trade or sell any Draks to any users on Drakhnid blacklist and also Beehemoss's blacklist
If found doing so, you will be added to the blacklist.

Can I make a Drakhnid form for my OC?
YES! You may! Though permission from the designer is required.
The Drakhnid form is to be set up in a full or split tab on the OC's TH profile. So we may still link them to the ML.
(The Drak form and the OC may NEVER be sold separately)
Can I make a Drakhnid inspired by a character in media?
Yes! BUT they may only be inspired by the character and may not just look like the character as a Drakhnid. For copyright reasons. We also wouldn't want TH admins to be on your ass either.
(We recommend checking the TH's rules on CBCs)

Can Drakhnids be drawn anthro?
Yes. But the Advanced DNA item is needed to make them anthro. And the Spliced DNA item added to let them switch between feral and anthro.
Can my Drakhnid's nubs be any shape?
Drakhnid's nubs can be slightly shaped, but must still be round-ish in shape and can't be pointy (only excluding nubs on the spiky mask trait)
Can my Drakhnids have alterative body parts?
No, they can't have alternative or optional body parts. When it comes to traits it's set to that trait and can't change unless you change it using an item when redesigning.
Some alts they can have are: alt palettes (only at the time of the creations by the designer), alt hair/fur style, alt clothing/accessories.
Can my Drakhnid have mix-match body parts from the same trait category (eg. paw, claw and bird feet)?
Yes! As long as your MYO can cover the mix-match traits you want, you can. This also works for tails but you will need the rare 2 tail trait, or mutation 3+ tail trait.
Can my Drak have robot limbs?
Yes, but only with the Cyborg trait to which the Battery item is needed.What would my Drak use as a prosthetic?
There is two options. One would be wood and metal and be similar to a leg prosthetic we have, but of course have limited function. The other option is magic and rune-covered stone/wood, this option would have full function similar to the missing limb.
Electronic/robotic prosthetics do require teh Cyborg trait.
Can I draw my Drakhnid as a different species?
Drakhnids can transform, but each animal form require a Chameleon Tail item. And other closed species designs require the Magic Meteorite item.
These are to make the forms official and actual transformations. Items aren't needed if the forms are keep as non-canon from one another.
(All transformations MUST be present on the Drak's ML.)Can I draw my Drakhnid as a human?
There is an official human form Draks have (Ancient Tablet item is required) that they can turn into that ties into the world lore.
Can my Drakhnid have an alt palette?
Yes!
With a MYO you may add 1 alt palette to the design if you wish. Staff adopts and customs may come with alt palettes too.
But if you wish to add an alt palette onto a premade Drak (or an additional one to your MYO) you will need to use a Magic Dye item.
(All palettes MUST be present on the Drak's ML.)
Can I make my Drakhnid way bigger or smaller than the average size chart?
No. The average size chart was made for a reason. Of course it is called "average" for a reason and they can be a little outside of these average sizes, but can't be by a huge amount.
How many tongues can my Drakhnid have?
They can have multiple and come in a wide variety of length, shape, style, size and colour. So on average a Drak would have 1-3 tongues (per head).
Can I make Drak adopts?
No, you may not. Only staff may make adopts.
Even with a MYO you may not use it as an adopt as MYOs have no monetary value to any real currency and cooldown between approving and transaction.
You can technically make a Drak with an MYO and trade it off after cooldown, but it may only be traded without additional art added.
You may sell though if additional personal art or commed art is added.Can I make adopts of the open species that appear in the Drak world?
YES! Of course! Just make sure they are in the TH world before you sell/trade them!

Can I commission someone else to design my Drak for my MYO?
Yes you may, and the price you pay them may be added to their BV as long as you provide a screenshot of proof at the approving stage.Can I design a Drak for someone else?
Yep! Just they must provide the MYO. You may do this custom as a gift, trade, or commission. Pricing for the custom must be similar to your normal custom pricing. You may not have different prices depending on rarity, Drak MYOs have no monetary value. Only reason to charge extra is if they want it more detailed or extra art.
How much can I redesign?
The new design MUST still resemble the old design and still roughly use the same palette. The same traits must still be used (unless you are using items to change them)
The old design must not be deleted from TH (put it in a tab).
And if possibly ask the designer if you didn't design them (just to consider if they aren't comfortable with big redesigns with their designs)
Then submit your redesign to the approval channel and once approved submit it to the listing channel so we may update their ML.

What is a MYO? And how does it work?
A MYO stands for "make your own". With this item you will have the ability to make/design your own Drakhnid.
There is many rarities of MYOs (common, uncommon, rare, etc) that have different limitations to what traits you can use.
To use a MYO, all you got to do is design your Drakhnid, submit them into the approval channel, once approved you move to the listing channel and /use the MYO (and/or other items) in the command channel.
Once your Drakhnid is on the ML they are official!How do I obtain a MYO?
MYOs can easily be obtained buying from the item store, or winning in events/prompts.What traits do certain rarity MYOs cover?
Whatever rarity the MYO is, can use unlimited traits from that rarity and lower.
Trait items are only needed if you want to use a trait from a higher rarity than your MYO.
What is Drakhma? Drakhmae?
Drakhma (or pural drakhmae) is the species currency used within the Discord server to purchase MYOs and items.Why is it called Drakhma?
Our currency is a Drakhnid play on the Greek currency, Drachma.
Using the same spelling but just replacing the C with a K.How do I earn Drakhmae?
Drakhma can be earn many ways:

Where do I get my Drakhnid approved?
You get their design approved in the approval channel then once approved submit them to the listing channel for them to be uploaded to the ML.
Do Drakhnids have a cooldown?
Yes. 24 hours after being added to the ML/when last updated on the ML.
What is the BV of my Drakhnid and what effects it?
The BV is the "base value" of your Drak. It's wither what you paid for them (adopt or custom).
Commissioned artwork does not add to the BV, it adds to your CV (current value) which is what you keep track of, we only keep track of the BV.
If the Drak is an alt form for an existing OC, any value from the OC does not add to the Drak form's BV.
Is there anything I need to state on my ML image when getting approved?
If there is anything hidden by wings or hair it good to have a view without the wings or hair in the way, but this isn't required. Though if some featured aren't clear you may be asked by staff to tweak it or add in a mini ref of the hidden feature.
Prosthetics also need to be labeled in the image to avoid any confusion.
Can I void my Drak?
You may but if you aren't the designer, please ask them if possible (same sort of thing with redesigning). Fill out the form in the listing channel.I got a voided Drak from a blacklisted user. Can I get them restored?
Yes! Voided Drak's MLs are still on the ML account but in the voided folder. If the ML is still linked to that Drak we can restore it for you.

How big are Drakhnid eggs?
Roughly similar to the size of an ostrich egg, though their sizings can vary a little from Drakhnid to Drakhnid.What do Drakhnid eggs/nests look like?
Drakhnid eggs are pretty plain in colour with some subtle spots. These are for the eggs to blend into the webbing that make up their nest and the rocky area they usually are laid in.
This was to hide the eggs from predators, but of course this is from a time when Drakhnids were in their primal and more vulnerable era in their species's evolution.
Though in more modern times there is many ways a Drakhnid family have keepsakes of their family's eggs/eggshells.
